Galleria Art & Music Cafe

The Galleria Art and Music Café combines the setting of an old world, intimate, coffee shop with a functional stage area that gives artists and musicians a place to display their artwork and perform their music.  The Café, located in Brown School, is nestled in the heart of Schenectady’s Woodlawn Neighborhood at 150 Corlaer Avenue.

We are open to the public during Friday evening concerts and Open Mic nights.  Tickets will be available prior to each event.  We also ask that audience members bring a non-perishable food item to each concert, so that we can donate to area food pantries.

The Café room, which can hold 35 guests, and may be rented for student music recitals, CD release parties, band rehearsals, and art exhibits.

Our students make use of the room during guitar studies, to gain the experience of performing in front of a small audience.
