Payment Options

Brown School currently offers three tuition payment options elected on each student’s enrollment contract:

  • Payment in full by August 31st.
  • Six payments due the 15th day of the month in August, September, October, November, December, and January.
  • Ten payments due on the fifteenth day of the month beginning in August and ending in May.

Families also have the option of billing their account to pay for various Brown School fundraisers and events.

All late payments must be accompanied by a $35.00 late fee.

Financial Assistance

All students entering Kindergarten through High School may be eligible for financial assistance awards up to 50% of their Cost of Attendance. To apply for Financial Aid please contact Admissions Director via email: admissions@brownschool.org.

TADS independently compiles, evaluates and recommends financial assistance awards. Based upon the independent report provided by TADS, Brown School’s Financial Assistance Committee will determine a family’s eligibility and the amount of each grant.

Annual Income Tax Returns (Federal form 1040) are provided to TADs as part of the Financial Aid application, and an application is deemed complete when all requested documents are provided.

Applications for returning students must be submitted between January 1 and mid-February for September enrollment. The Brown School Financial Aid Committee reviews and determines each award based on need-based aid guidelines. Awards are granted in March. Families receiving a Financial Aid Award letter must accept the award within 10 days or forfeit the award.

Awards for new families may be submitted as above, but may include requests for aid after the March award cycle is completed. Please note that there is a limit on aid, and aid is administered on a first-come-first served basis. Aid may be reduced or denied if a request is made too late in the admissions cycle, as funds may no longer be available.

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child attending Brown School receive a 10% discount on tuition for the younger sibling(s).

School fees and charges are subject to change. Please confirm final figures with Brown School.
